Overview
The SLA Status page allows you track the status of your sites service-level agreements through the configured SLA Thresholds.
Where to Find the SLA Status Page
In the left-side menu, select Tag & Content Governance then SLA Status.
How to Create an SLA
Service Profiles and SLA Thresholds need to be configured to be able to use this page – to get started, click SLA Thresholds in the middle of the page. If there is already an SLA set up, click SLA Thresholds on the top of the page.
This will redirect to the SLA Thresholds page. Click Create SLA Threshold in the top left to configure an SLA.
Choose the Service you'd like to set up an SLA for. Use the Filter Groups to control whether to use RUM or synthetic data, as well as any other filter options like Desktop-only, for example. Set the conditions for the SLA at the bottom of the page. Note you can use multiple conditions for your SLA by clicking the plus (+) button to the right.
Click Save New SLA Threshold and you're done.
Viewing the SLA Status
Now navigate back over to the SLA Status page and see the current status for the new SLA.
Note that the Filter Group can be changed inside the filter options menu.
