Not every user has WCD enabled and returned for their page hits. This value is determined, for the most part, by contract detail. In general, this value is a small percentage of your total number of page hits/sessions on the site.
The higher WCD collection percentage, the more sessions we will capture waterfalls for. (The higher the better!) If there is a need to increase WCD collection percentages, please reach out to your Blue Triangle representative.
